On August 3rd, the chiefs of the Westhampton Beach Fire Department were notified of our department patch being used on merchandise without our consent. The company was using our patch on t-shirts, mugs and other accessories giving the impression that proceeds may benefit our department. We have never sold merchandise from a 3rd party and we do not currently have promotional items for sale. The company has removed these items from their website once we brought this to their attention.
